‘DIVINE WRATH OF GOD’ THREAT

Consider these verses from Genesis and then read how “According to Israel National News, rabbis from the Committee to Save the Land and People of Israel are warning [John Kerry] about his ‘antagonism’ of the Jewish state, sharply criticizing him for plans ‘to establish an Arab capital in Jerusalem for Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, and to have Israel withdraw to the 1949 Armistice lines.’”

Gen. 12:7  The Lord appeared to Abram and said, “To your offspring I will give this land.”

Gen. 13:14-17 The Lord said to Abram after Lot had parted from him, “Look around from where you are, to the north and south, to the east and west.  All the land that you see I will give to you and your offspring forever.  I will make your offspring like the dust of the earth, so that if anyone could count the dust, then your offspring could be counted.  Go, walk through the length and breadth of the land, for I am giving it to you.”

Gen. 15: 18-21 On that day the Lord made a covenant with Abram and said, “To your descendants I give this land, from the Wadi of Egypt to the great river, the Euphrates, the land of the Kenites,  Kenizzites,  Kadmonites,  Hittites,Perizzites, Rephaites,  Amorites, Canaanites, Girgashites and Jebusites.”

Gen. 17: 7-8 I will establish my covenant as an everlasting covenant between me and you and your descendants after you for the generations to come, to be your God and the God of your descendants after you.  The whole land of Canaan, where you now reside as a foreigner, I will give as an everlasting possession to you and your descendants after you; and I will be their God.”

Gen. 17:17-21 Abraham fell face down; he laughed and said to himself, “Will a son be born to a man a hundred years old? Will Sarah bear a child at the age of ninety?”  And Abraham said to God, “If only Ishmael might live under your blessing!” Then God said, “Yes, but your wife Sarah will bear you a son, and you will call him Isaac.  I will establish my covenant with him as an everlasting covenant for his descendants after him.  And as for Ishmael, I have heard you: I will surely bless him; I will make him fruitful and will greatly increase his numbers. He will be the father of twelve rulers, and I will make him into a great nation.  But my covenant I will establish with Isaac, whom Sarah will bear to you by this time next year.”

From WND (World Net Daily) byJoe Kovacs

kerry-obama“’U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry is now being warned he’s risking the divine wrath of God if he continues plans for Israel that some feel is a war against the Almighty.

‘By the power of our Holy Torah, we admonish you to cease immediately all efforts to achieve these disastrous agreements – in order to avoid severe Heavenly punishment for everyone involved,’ a group of Israeli rabbis wrote Kerry in a letter on Sunday.

According to Israel National News, rabbis from the Committee to Save the Land and People of Israel are warning Kerry about his ‘antagonism’ of the Jewish state, sharply criticizing him for plans ‘to establish an Arab capital in Jerusalem for Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, and to have Israel withdraw to the 1949 Armistice lines.’

Over the weekend, Kerry threatened Israel with an international boycott if peace talks fail.

‘Your incessant efforts to expropriate integral parts of our Holy Land and hand them over to Abbas’ terrorist gang, amount to a declaration of war against the Creator and Ruler of the universe. For G-d awarded the entire Land of Israel to our ancestors, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, in order that they bequeath it, as an everlasting inheritance, to their descendants, the Jewish people, until the end of all time,’ the rabbis’ letter opens.

The message was signed by Rabbi Gedalya Axelrod, emeritus head of the Haifa Rabbinical Court, Rabbi Yisrael Ariel, chairman of the Temple Institute, Rabbi Ben Tziyon Grossman of Migdal Haemek, Rabbi Shalom Dov Wolpo, dean of the Institute for the Complete Code of Maimonides, and Rabbi Yigal Pizam, dean of Yeshivat Kiryat Shmuel.

The rabbis slammed Kerry’s plan to immediately uproot ‘20 percent of the Jews now living productively in Judea, Samaria and the Jordan valley,’ warning of the imminent security threat for Israelis, and reminding him how similar uprooting of Jewish residents in Gaza turned that region into a launching pad for Islamic rockets.

The letter says Kerry’s plan ‘would force tens of thousands of Jews to be evicted from their homes and livelihoods, devastating their lives financially, economically and psychologically, as happened to those expelled from the flourishing Gaza settlements, most of whom still suffer from the expulsion’s ruinous after-effects.’

The message also recounted biblical history, as it declared to Kerry: ‘If you continue on this destructive path, you will ensure your everlasting disgrace in Jewish history for bringing calamity upon the Jewish people – like Nebuchadnezzar and Titus who destroyed, respectively, the first and second great Temples and the entire Holy City of Jerusalem, and who, by Heavenly punishment, brought eventual disaster upon themselves, too.’

Yitzhak Kaduri

Rabbi Yitzhak Kaduri

This week’s letter with the threat of divine judgment is being noticed by Carl Gallups, author of ‘The Rabbi Who Found Messiah: The Story of Yitzhak Kaduri and His Prophecies of the Endtime.’

‘This is the same type of curse that was put on [former Israeli Prime Minister] Ariel Sharon,’ Gallups told WND. Last month, Sharon died after spending nine years in a coma. During his tenure, he initiated a disengagement plan in which thousands of Jews were deported from Gaza and northern Samaria, turning the once-fertile region over to Hamas control.

A ‘death curse’ by a group of rabbis in Israel was issued against Sharon for the action. Sharon suffered a serious stroke Jan. 4, 2006, and was comatose until his death. ‘The only prophetic utterance of Kaduri concerning Ariel Sharon was that Messiah would not appear until Ariel Sharon had died,’ said Gallups. ‘Within a little over two months after speaking these prophetic words, Sharon was in a coma and Kaduri himself died.’

Another Christian writer, Jim Bramlett, says divine punishment is possible or even likely for American political leaders if they stay on their current track. ’I believe the rabbis are correct,’ Bramlett said. ‘Kerry, Obama, et al will suffer God’s judgment for what they are doing or trying to do to Israel.’”
